*Restore dug road*
The road dug by BWSSB personnel at the entrance of Ramachandrapura, next to BEL Market and before Gangamma Circle, Jalahalli, has not been filled properly and the road has eroded these days. Commuters struggle to take a right turn towards Ramachandrapura while driving from BEL Market side. Many accidents have taken place, especially during peak hours between 8 am and 9 am and 5 and 8 pm.It would also be good if traffic police is deployed to control the traffic flow in the morning as well as evening.

*Operate ordinary buses*
There are very few buses ( regular buses) plying from Majestic to Sathya Sai Hospital/ Vydehi Hospital via the Marathahalli Bridge. However, the frequency of Volvo buses is so high that we can spot a bus every second. I kindly request the concerned officials to ply in more regular buses to the mentioned destination as with the increase in bus fare, not everyone can afford the Volvo fare. I also request the officials to make it convenient for senior citizens and public who visit the Sathya Sai or Vydehi hospitals for treatment, by providing regular buses from Majestic.

*No money in SBI ATMs*
There are three State Bank of India ATMs adjoining the SBI building, Doorvaninagar branch. Since the ATMs are close to the bank and the bank authorities prefer that customers use the ATMs to avoid crowd in their congested office premises, a lot of people come here with the hope that there will be money at all times in the ATMs. But never have all the three machines functioned at a given time and always a board indicating temporarily out of service is on display, leaving the customers in the lurch. The next nearest ATM is at least a mile away. The bank authorities have to ensure the machines are working and have sufficient funds in them.

*Drains clogged*
The clogged drains in front of Unicca Impressions near Sriram apartments and surrounding areas have become a breeding ground for mosquitoes, causing the residents to fear outbreak of vector-borne diseases such as malaria. The authorities are requested to take steps to clear the clogged rains and keep the vicinity clean immediately.

*Fill the ditch on sidewalk*
A large ditch on the sidewalk, situated right next to a transformer adjacent to a business complex (Reliance Digital, CMR Road, HRBR Layout 3rd Block), poses serious danger to the residents of Kammanahalli and HRBR Layout. With the layout turning into a business hub and several students frequenting the area, this ditch needs to be filled at the earliest before someone seriously injures himself by falling into it at night. "
Furthermore, passersby and even some pourakarmikas are dumping garbage into the ditch and this is posing a health risk for the residents in the vicinity. This has been the situation for the last one year or so. Will the authorities concerned take immediate action and fill it up and smoothen the sidewalk?

*Poor connectivity from NR Colony, CKBed*
Commuters in CKAchchukattu and NRColony are facing problems due to lack of direct buses to Shivajinagar or areas near MGRoad. This, in spite of CK Achchukattu having a sprawling BMTC bus stand.Hope the BMTC will take steps to ensure connectivity.

*Divert bus route *
I request the BMTC authorities concerned to divert route No 99B from Majestic via 90 route i.e 8th Main, Malleswaram.
A large number of schoolchildren from Mathikere, Kuvempunagar, Muthyalanagar, Shettihalli, Lakshmipura, Ramachandrapura, Singapur and Muthoor among other areas, mostly depend on bus no 90 and 82. They board the bus at 18th Cross (8th Main) and alight at Yeswanthpur and take 401 from Yeswanthpur and again alight at Toll Gate, and from there they get buses to their destination. If 99B is diverted, all of us from Nirmala Rani High School, Cluny Convent, MES Kishora Kendra and surrounding area can directly get down at Toll Gate. On June 2, when school reopens, the 8th Main 18th Cross bus stop will be crowded between 3 pm and 4 pm with schoolchildren waiting for the buses. For the past three years, we never had any problem because all the buses were diverted to this route as the CNR Rao under pass was under construction.

*Delay in train *service
The Tipu super fast express train (No12614) which leaves Bangalore daily at 3 pm, is supposed to reach Mysore at 5.30 pm. But this train always runs behind schedule. Though an additional Rs 15 per ticket is collected as 'super fast charges', it is non-stop only up to Mandya. Otherwise it takes nearly three hours to reach. I request the divisional railway manager, South Western Railway (SWR), to ensure the above train reaches Mysore on time.

*Ply direct buses from Hebbal*
Very few buses ply from Hebbal to Koramangala Intermediate Ring Road, where a number of IT companies are located. People from Jakkur and Yelahanka have to travel till Esteem Mall in Hebbal to board the airport-bound buses to Koramangala Intermediate Ring Road. This is time-consuming and expensive too since fares on airport-buses are on the higher side. The other route is to travel till Majestic/MGRoad and board another bus.
Officegoers are not able to reach their offices on time due to lack of direct buses. There are no Volvo buses towards the Koramangala Intermediate Ring Road. There are already buses from Banashankari/Srinagar to Domlur TTMC (Route no 201 series) and they could be extended till Hebbal via Nagawara, Manyata Tech Park etc. Else BMTC can introduce a direct Volvo bus from Hebbal to Koramangala Intermediate Ring Road which will ease the commuting problem. The BMTC authorities are requested to look into the problem.

*Traffic chaos at KRMarket*
The BMTC's early morning buses to Kempegowda Bus Station from Hanumanthanagar, Bank Colony, NR Colony, Kumaraswamy Layout and Chikkalasandra have to invariably pass through KR Market.
Passengers travelling in these buses fear they will miss buses or trains to outstations due to chaotic traffic at KR Market at that time, with all types of vehicles haphazardly moving from every direction. The flower vendors and their customers choke the main arterial Silver Jubilee Park Road. With a minimum of two trips a week at that hour, I have not seen any traffic police personnel so far. BMTC is therefore requested to ply more trips to KBS via Good Shed Road rather than KR Market.

*Instal ticket-vending machines
*
A ticket-vending machine needs to be installed at Yeshwantpur and Bangalore City railway station. Only two-three booking counters function at the Yeshwantpur railway station to issue both unreserved and platform tickets.
These counters are always crowded and people who intend to buy platform tickets need to desperately wait in the same queue.
The long queues at the ticket counters have been causing delay in reaching platforms. Installation of ticket-vending machines will help both the passengers and railway staff to avoid last-minute hassles.
